What to send
Engineered drawings and specifications are preferred, but we can give budget estimates without them. Whatever you have, it helps to include the project location, the bid due date or date needed, the scope you want priced, any addenda, and the anticipated start date if you know it.
If your drawing set is large, use the link field rather than the upload slots — Procore, Dropbox, WeTransfer and SharePoint all work, and there’s no size limit that way. If a file is password-protected or one sheet supersedes another, say so in the notes field; it saves two days of email.
