What we make
Stairs, railings and guards · canopies and awnings · ladders and roof access · commercial gates and fencing · bollards and guard posts · trash enclosures · screen walls and sunshades · miscellaneous support steel, and the items that don’t fit anybody’s category but still have to be made and installed. Most of it runs alongside a structural steel package on the same job.
Built to the drawings and the building
Stairs, rails and guards are inspected items. They have to match the approved drawings and specified code requirements, fit the finished conditions and line up with the work of other trades. Exposed pieces such as canopies add one more requirement: the welds and finish stay visible after close-out.
We treat architectural and miscellaneous metals as their own scope, with their own shop drawings, coordination and punch list, not an afterthought to the structural package.
Measured before it’s made
The most common failure on an architectural scope is a piece fabricated correctly to the drawing and incorrectly to the building. We scan the opening with our Trimble X7 before detailing starts, so what comes off the truck fits the condition that’s actually there — not the one that was drawn eighteen months earlier.
For a single gate, a rail repair or an access ladder that is needed quickly, Fast Track is usually faster than a full bid.
