These terms apply to your use of iconsteelco.com, operated by Icon Steel, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under license #354605. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. What this website is for

It exists to describe what Icon Steel does, show work we have completed, and let you send us a project to price or an application for work. It is information and a way of getting in touch. It is not a shop, and nothing on it creates a contract.

2. Nothing here is a quote

Descriptions of services, capabilities, lead times and completed projects are general information. They are not an offer, a bid, a quotation, or a promise of price, scope or schedule.

Icon Steel is bound only by a written quotation or contract issued by Icon Steel for a specific project. Any turnaround or response time mentioned on this site, including for Fast Track, describes how we aim to handle a request, not a commitment. Fabrication, delivery and installation dates are set in the quote itself.

3. Not engineering or professional advice

Nothing on this website is structural engineering, architectural, code-compliance or legal advice, and it must not be relied on in place of a licensed design professional. Steel we fabricate and erect is built to the engineered drawings and specifications provided for the project.

4. What you send us

When you send drawings, specifications, photographs, links or any other material through this site, you confirm that you are entitled to share it with us and that doing so does not breach anyone else’s rights or a confidentiality agreement you have with them.

You keep ownership of what you send. You give Icon Steel permission to use it for the purpose you sent it — to prepare a quotation and, if we are engaged, to detail, fabricate, deliver and erect the work — including sharing it with suppliers and subcontractors working on the same project. We treat project documents as confidential, as set out in our Privacy Policy. If you need a non-disclosure agreement in place first, tell us before you send anything.

Please do not send anything through this site that is confidential in a way you have not told us about, or that you are not permitted to disclose.

5. Our content

The text, photographs, drawings, layout, logos and design of this site belong to Icon Steel, LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read the site, print pages for your own use, and share links to it. You may not republish our content, use our photographs, or use the Icon Steel name or logo without written permission.

6. Project names and third-party marks

Completed projects are identified by building or development name so you can recognise the type and scale of work. Those names and any associated trademarks belong to their owners. Naming a project records that Icon Steel supplied commercial steel for it. It does not imply that the owner, developer, architect or general contractor endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with Icon Steel.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

8. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise either. Content may be out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent Arizona law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Icon Steel, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it, including lost profits, lost business or project delay. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the terms of a signed contract between us, which govern the work itself.

10. Your responsibilities

Do not use this site to break the law, to send malicious files, to attempt to gain access to any part of it you are not authorised to reach, or to interfere with its operation. Do not submit forms in bulk or for any purpose other than a genuine enquiry or application.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you agree to that venue.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
