Not every steel need requires a full bid process. Fast Track is Icon Steel’s path for urgent, clearly defined commercial steel scopes: the smaller, purchase-order-level items that are holding up a schedule.
Who Fast Track is for
A mechanical contractor who needs RTU frame supports, a facilities manager who needs a dumpster gate replaced, or a GC with a miscellaneous steel item holding up a schedule. Fast Track puts a clearly defined request in front of estimating quickly, without a full bid process.

How it works

2. We quote it
Estimating reviews it as a priority and comes back with the price and the schedule we can commit to.
3. We build and deliver
Fabricated and delivered, or installed, on the schedule confirmed in the quote.
What Fast Track isn’t. Fast Track is for commercial construction and industrial support. It isn’t residential welding, consumer repair or a general fix-it service, and it isn’t a promise that every job can be turned around in a fixed number of hours: the quote tells you when the work can be done. If it’s a full package, that’s structural steel and it goes through the normal bid process.
Why Fast Track moves quickly
Most of the Fast Track process stays with us: the detailing, the scanner, the shop and the crews. A small, urgent job isn’t scheduled around several other companies’ calendars.
The same crews and shop that handle our larger structural projects do the work, scaled to the size and timeline of the job.
What to expect
Send a description, a sketch or a few photos. Clearly defined requests are reviewed first, and the quote tells you what it costs and when the work can be on site, before you commit rather than after.
Fast Track covers Tucson, Phoenix and the surrounding areas, the same area as the rest of the business.
